" It's always crowded. They even have challenge for you to finish 10 bowls and 30 bowls respectively to win thousands and tens of thousands of HKD. Soup is thick and their beef brisket is very flavourful. It's good to sit near the entrance as you can see the fast action of the staff and the hot steamy pots of stew/braised beef "

" Beef expert. More than 20 years in doing beef noodle. They brought the whole cow so every parts of cow are available here. Also got cheaper option with frozen beef but I recommend the fresh ones. The brisket is full of rich rustic beef taste and it is the same for the broth. "
