" Service is not attentive. Food is mediocre. The baked lobster pasta flvours need work, pasta itself was cooked nice. Lobster was dry, like it was reheated. The chicken and mushroom fettuccine tasted like cream and mushroom soup and not chicken portion was very little. Beware before you enter. The only thing I liked was that the pasta was cooked nicely "

" Our dinner (party of 2) experience at 'The Spagetti House' at Sha Tin New Town Plaza mall was ridiculous. Common in Hong Kong we had a bit of a wait before we were seated due to the usual dinner rush, once seated we order a shared appetizer and two main course. Quite curiously the main course my wife ordered was served before the appetizer, but hey we are not difficult we will have the main course first....As my wife's main course was served I waited patiently for approximately 20 mins, in those 20 mins I observed the following: a waitress placed a dish on the table beside us (the dish looks quite similar to what I ordered, a deluxe lasagna), patrons on that table said they didn't order that dish. The waitress returned with the dish to the kitchen, few mins later she return with the same dish and placed it on the other table next to us...after 5 mins those patrons called the waitress and announced that they also didn't order that dish either, meanwhile it drawn upon me that that dish which was doing the table dance was probably my deluxe lasagne which I ordered now more than half a hour ago. The waitress once again took the dish back to the kitchen in the meanwhile her colleague came to our table and explained to my wife that my lasagne will be delayed with 5 more mins and having also witness the lasagne table dance my wife asked specifically that a new deluxe lasagne be made, the waiter assured her it will be a fresh one, also with the promise to rush the appetizer which has yet to reach our table. 5 mins later the same lasagna that did the table dance between our two neighbouring tables appeared on our table, the lasagna was clearly reheated for show and once again served up to the third table, our table...And as a bonus our appetizer showed up way after the main course were finished. Clearly this restaurant has to go back to school to learn the basics of servicing. We will definely not return to this place again and if you want good service for your money I would highly recommend to skip this place. "
