Jack Nielsen is extremely passionate about physical fitness and brings a wealth of knowledge to all of his sessions. He takes particular interest in human movement and really focuses on improving and/or restoring natural human mechanics.

Jack draws on his experience as a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal trainer, Boot Camp Instructor and ex International Rugby Player to provide his clients with varied 'tailor made' programmes to help them achieve their goals be it weight loss,
improved strength and flexibility or just better overall health.

Jack also knows what it is to be 'outta shape' having shed 50 kilograms and lives by the motto 'train smart...live better'. If you
