" Good Food, slow on the service and service the meal. I recommend the garlic fish, get the biggest you can afford . A large fish in the menu is a small one. "

" Kabasa is THE must see place for seafood in Honduras. The Sambo Creek location is the original birthplace, nestled in a garifuna village right on the beach. The food, a modern rendition of Honduran/Garifuna classics, is amazing. Prices are modest, portions huge.
The soups, hearty coconut broth loaded with seafood, is a must and what gave this place its reputation. Fried breaded shrimp are amazing. Red snapper is fried whole, straight out of the ocean. I saw a canoe pull up with a bunch of fish straight to the kitchen.
Try the king crab, makes Alaska King seem like childs play.
Service is very slow, you've been warned! Grab a beer and relax.
Do not leave Honduras without visiting this place. "
