Soñando con Parques is a grassroots movement designed to improve the condition of Honduras's parks. The movement has organized city-wide fundraisers through park activities in the capital's largest park, El Picacho. These events included the first annual chalk art festival, a kite festival, and a traditional games festival. The movement has also begun the design of a new playground in Tegucigalpa.
