" The Reception staff were absolutely excellent, Flora and Tamas in particular. They arranged to replace a faulty light globe same day. They answered my persistent questions calmly and professionally, making necessary phone calls for me in Hungarian, and following up on these calls after hours to ensure my airport transfer happened for very early in the morning. Top rate efforts. "
