Start your day with a breakfast rich in fibers, and quality carbohydrates to supply your body with energy until next meal of the day. Seeds like almond, chestnut, pumpkin seeds, ceshew nuts, brazil nuts and other varieties contain polyunsaturated fatty acids like omega3. Walnuts and pumpkin seeds are rich in alpha-linoleic acid that can not be synthesized by your body, hence need to be obtained from diet. Roasting the seeds elevates their taste. Wakey-wakey crisp and bakey! :D
