" Be aware! If you want your holiday cancelled, that's the place to go to. We've booked through a popular hotel booking website, got a confirmation and few hours later a call from the host saying that WE have to cancel our booking because they are full. We refused as this is not our fault how they manage their bookings and asked them to cancel it themselves if there is a problem. Next we know, they've send us an email through to confirm that we wish to cancel since we haven't paid the advance payment. WRONG AGAIN! Of course we've reported this to the booking portal and here is what you need to know if you find yourself in a similar situation:- If your host wants to cancel your booking it's his responsibility to find you another place of a similar standard. Do not agree to cancel the booking yourself. Anyways, dear hosts of the Apartmanhaz Cedrus, it's 2017, time to get update your customer service skills (by the way, they yelled at the lady from the bookin portal too). We will definitely recommend to everyone NOT to book with you. "
