" Avoid if possible! I don't know where this place gets such a good reviews from!? My experience - terrible! Booked "deluxe" room, was taken to some dodgy homestay a few doors away - disaster! Refused to stay there. Somehow "deluxe" room appeared in Agus Beach Inn but I don't believe they know what "deluxe" even mean!? Breakfast basic and awful. Music from near by mall kept us awake till late and then people chatting on the corridor till morning!!!😤 The whole atmosphere of this place was strange... Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone:( "

" The hotel is totally different from the photos shown in websites.
Rooms are not good and bathroom stinks a lot.
And the hotel owner is very arrogant, does not listen you, if you argue with the owner he may ask you to leave immediately irrespective of time and place.
Be careful if you have booked room in this hotel. "

" Very nice Guest House. Rooms have fridges, aircorns and TV. I paid US$ 20 including breakfast. Friendly staff cleans the room every day at 11. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Closer to Lipo Mall. "
