" Went there when my macbook pro late 2016 died. They said they would come back to me after 2 to 3 days and that they would charge me for the service, waranty or not.
After 5 days without news I decided to contact them. They still hadn't figured out the problem. After a few more days they told me that the issue was from the motherboard but they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the components and were looking for them.
They gave it back to me with stains on the frame, unfixed.
I would not recommend this place if yoy have a serious issue with your computer. "

" Went there when my macbook pro late 2016 died. They said they would come back to me after 2 to 3 days and that even though it was still under warranty, they would still charge me for the service.
After 5 days without news I decided to contact them. They still hadn't figured out the problem. After a few more days they told me in a broken English that the issue was from the motherboard but that they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the components. I mean, they didn't even have a USB-C charger...
They gave it back to me with stains on the outside of the frame.
I could have done more by myself, avoid these people like the plague. "

" Not genuine replacement screen. Went in with smashed iphone 7 screen. They charged $350 Australian dollars and assured me they replaced with genuine replacement screen. On returning to Australia went into apple and had to rrplace. Don't believe they are an apple preferred agent, they aren't. "
