" Nice large, clean room with a hot shower and balcony for some evening drinks. It's down off the main road so you don't ha e to worry about noise other than the ducks. The staff seem nice but we're also a bit confused st times, we got charged different prices by different people. They bring up hot drinks in the morning (7:30am) and ask what you Wang for breakfast which they cook and bring up to your balcony. The pancakes are very tasty. They currently building a swimming pool which will really make this place. "

" One of the best places to live in the centre of Ubud. Everything's in walking distance. Nice restaurants and cafes around. And so quite and peaceful and green in the middle of city. The staff are so nice and helpful. I love watching the rice paddies from balcony. Overall a perfect place to stay. Good value for the money. Highly Recommended. 🙏 "

" Not a bad location and they bring breakfast to your room if you ask for it however the time of which breakfast was served changed dramatically. My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights at this location. The first morning one of the staff members came and dropped off hot water for coffee/ tea and asked us if we would like breakfast. This was around 7:15am. Breakfast arrived just before 8am and consisted of a banana pancake with a chocolate syrup drizzled over top as well as a small fresh fruit plate (pineapple and papaya). The second morning the staff came by our room around 8:45am and we didnt receive food until around 9:30am. The breakfast was the same, which didnt bother me too much but I want to note that there aren't options for those of you who might be wondering. The rooms weren't terrible however there were several con's to staying at this location. The shower had poor drainage so once you've showered the whole bathroom floor was wet. This was because of the angle if the floor. Only bringing this up because the toilet and the shower are in the same room so once the floor is wet your feet and possible your pants will also be wet. Next, they did not provide towels of any sort (hand towels, towels for showering or a wash cloth) and there were zero other toiletries provided, except toilet paper. Luckily we had packed 1 towel and 1 bar of soap just in case. You will definitely have to go shopping for supplies if you stay here. Also, there were several kinds of insects all over the place. We saw bees, wasps, ants, and loads of moths and mosquito's I'm AMD outside of the room. A gentleman staying down stairs from us also complained of having really bad bed bugs on his first night In the room. The last thing that I want to mention is that on our first morning there we had a cooking class scheduled for noon. We woke up early and went out to the local markets before our class to sight see and locate some restaurants. We came back to the room at 11:45, 15 minutes before our taxi arrived. When we got to our room we found 2 of the younger stuardess in our room. They hadn't cleaned a single thing yet and were trying on my girlfriends lip sticks. And yes pleural. There was a piece of tissue on the night stand with lipstick on it, indicating they had tried on one lipstick, then removed it to try on a second. Plus one of them was laying across our bed while the other was taking pictures. They had to go through my girl friends makeup bag to find the lipsticks which really made her uncomfortable. They didnt speak very good English either so it was hard to communicate with them and tell them that it was not ok. My girlfriend was very upset by this and told them not to clean our room which they seemed to understand at the time but when we got back from our activities that day it was very obvious that they had indeed been back in our room while we were out. Nothing was stolen that we noticed but it was still a very awkward and frustrating scenario. The people at reception. were also very annoying in hassling us into paying a day in advance which obviously didn't work out for is because there was no way to get a refund for a day after they made us feel very uncomfortable staying there. "

" We came here for one night stay, for 300k they gave us the worst room, stinky bathroom, broken door handle. Next day when we got out for a lunch and I asked the reception if we can checkout late without pay. They said yes smilingly. And later they asked for 100k for late check-out. Sneaky people - stay away! "
