" Starting to show its age but still more than capable of providing guests with an enjoyable experience. The service is top notch as expected in Bali while the shuttle and buggy services helps to offset it's slightly obscure location. Rooftop bar/restaurant is a pleasant place to unwind though the live music can be a tad loud. However if you have a pool facing room this becomes a positive instead as you can enjoy the music from the comfort of your own balcony. "

" Location is a bit secluded and a little too far from the seminyak shopping area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. room is tidy, clean and comfortable. The aged of the building is showing but still good and clean overall. 4x shuttle rides to seminyak Square/day and unlimited buggy ride to main road. "

" The service was excellent. The rooms were well maintained, cleaned every few hours.. the ambience and atmosphere is very much pleasing. People are wellcoming and ready to help anytime for anything out of their menu as well... Worth the pay !!! "

" Pool was nice, room was clean, they upgraded us for free to a suite which had lots of space. Only issue is its really in the middle of nowhere for tourists. They offer a free buggy service to the main road and a shuttle service around Seminyak. There are two four points in Kuta, Bali. When we looked on google maps we assumed we were staying in thr other one as its very easy to get confused! Still, the hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. "

" Breakfast sucks! Salad dressing was super salty (Balsamic dressing). The cold cut looked like they have been there since ages, super dry. Bacon and sausage were drenched in water. Room was spacious but too dark. Desperately need to add some more lightings. Staffs were friendly and helpful. "

" Great SPG hotel. The whole place looks newly renovated including the rooms. Pool area is a bit small with limited beanbags thrown all over the grass patch. Go early to reserve a space if you intend to lounge by the pool. Spend evenings at the roof top bistro. Great place for drinks/dinner and watch the sunset. Food is very good too. Love the buntok (oxtail). Have it fried, grilled or simmered in a light broth. Location is off the main street, so may need to exercise those leg muscles a bit. The hotel hotel do offer a buggy service to the main road. "

" Very nice hotel, comfy bed, great little pool, kind and attentive staff. Far removed from the buzz of Seminyak, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. Ended up taking a taxi more than I would have liked, but probably still worth it for the incredible price of this place. "

" Bed was very comfortable. Good blackout blinds. Staff friendly yet slow in responding to requests. A bit out of the way but we had scooters so no hassle. Gym is minimal with a broken air-conditioning unit when I was there so made it pretty much unusable.
Breakfast buffet has a lot to be desired and is the bare minimum. "Hot" food is lukewarm at best. "
