Our helpful manager organizes unique activities on the property and tours to explore the area, including a breakfast at the refreshing hidden waterfall in the jungle in our backyard. The 4 bedrooms are fully equipped with all the modern facilities, large windows and sliding glass doors gives a feeling of living in a wondrous tree house, embraced by nature. The big comfortable private balconies have panoramic views of the tropical rainforest and mountains. From the poolside rooms you can jump from your room directly into the pool! Air conditioning which is available in every room are hardly needed thanks to the slightly cooler climate in the mountains at night. The communal room includes a kitchen and an eight person table with comfortably seats and views over the valley.

The game room on the top floor is full of entertainment: Invite your friends at the pool table or hang around in the beanbags to play videogames on a big LCD screen or watch a movie with surround sound. From the beanbags at the sunset balcony you can spend hours watching the breathtaking views and the stars with the telescope provided by the villa.

In the late afternoon the area attracts beautiful dragonflies from the rainforest. You fall asleep with the sounds of crickets and wake up with singing birds and a panoramic view over the jungle with a golden glow behind the mountains. Next to the estate is a small traditional village where you can experience the real Balinese life, if you listen carefully at night you can even hear the gamelan players play at the nearby temple.

Your private driver knows the way through Bali and the jungle and can pick you up anywhere in our comfortable air conditioned Landover. He will introduce you to the most beautiful nature and sights of Bali via tiny country roads and tracks, through terraces rice fields and untouched rainforest. From our village Payangan it is a 30 minute ride to Ubud centre, 30 minutes to the Mengening Temple and the Gunung Kawi Tombes and 60 minutes to the hot springs of Lake Batur. Our ancient access road through the jungle is not even marked the map and is a true experience.
