" Wonderful time here! A driver picks you up from the hotel and brings you to a local market to tell you about the different foods and spices. Then takes you to an outside kitchen where our teacher taught us many different Balinese dishes.
Our guy was funny, friendly and very helpful in creating culinary delights. The owner even bought a cake and sang to me for my birthday (completely unexpected and very thoughtful).
They give you the recipes to take home with you afterwards so you can recreate the food at home. Pro tip, eat a small breakfast as you'll be eating a lot for lunch, and bring a reusable container if you can't finish you can take the rest back with you to avoid waste. "

" Wir wollten sehr kurzfristig einen Kochkurs buchen und haben direkt einen passenden Termin bekommen. Mit dem Shuttle Service wurden wir in unserer Unterkunft abgeholt und zu dem Kochkurs gebracht. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Nach einem Willkommensdrink wurden wir zu Unverträglichkeiten/Allergien befragt und konnten aus einem vegetarischen und nicht-vegetarischen Menü (5 Gerichte von Suppe bis Nachtisch) wählen. Die verschiedenen Zutaten wurden erklärt und es wurde auch auf Nachfragen eingegangen. Wir konnten fast alles selber machen, natürlich stets unter den aufmerksamen Blicken des Lehrers (Mati). Insgesamt wurde viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Essen hat uns auch ausgezeichnet geschmeckt! "

The cooking class was great, we were picked up from the hotel and were shown around the local market and got to taste some of the local fruit.
We made 6 courses on total and the team helped with the preparation and the cleaning. The food was amazing and a real taste of Balinese cuisine. We were given a recipe book you take home. "
