" I checked out of Lily lane Villas on the 7th September. I was there for 3 nights.
It was an amazing experience being there with Jillian, Jim and Made. They are a great team and super hosts. They made sure that we were not only comfortable but also delighted with our stay. Always went an extra mile with all our needs and made every thing look so easy. Even catering to our last minute requests.
Me and My wife were really happy we chose Lily lane Villas to start our trip. They took care of everything right from sending the best of drivers to pick us up to helping us get money exchanged to arranging our tours and even getting us best prices for some activities and needs.
The staff is also super friendly well kept. One can see from the way they treat you that management takes good care of them and makes sure they are happy working with lily lane. This goes a long way as an unhappy staff would mean patchy service and these guys here takes this very seriously.
As a matter of fact, something I understood and really liked, from our conversations with Jillian was that they do not even refer or even suggest businesses offering services that do not treat their staff with dignity. I really respect that about the management of Lily Lane Villas.
The breakfast served was also perfect. Even our dietary requirements aptly taken care of.
The Villas are beautifully done with great attention to detail and well maintained.
The service as said earlier was one of the best.
The cost of stay is way too good. The stay was worth much much more than what we paid for.
The distance from the city centre is roughly 7-10 minutes on skooter. Which is pretty much doable, without much trouble.
I would always recommend this place to someone planning to stay in Ubud, without a blink. I can assure you by the end of the stay, most people would be great friends with everyone there like we are now.
