" Was here in October 2017 to find a bike, fell in love with 2017 Roubaix, unfortunately there wasn’t my size (56) in stock. Ok, let’s here it from store in Surabaya and Jakarta, said the sales girl and the technician guy.
Couldn’t reach Surabaya and Jakarta, they said. I left my contact, bike model and color I wanted. (You, the owner, you can check on the log book. Dark Grey, Roubaix.)
I left the store around noon time. Waiting until the evening, no call. I had to call the store to ask about the updates. “Couldn’t reach the stores yet”, they said.
The waiting kept going on for another 2 weeks, no one really cares. I called them just to find out that, the bike I wanted not available in Indonesia. And I had to find out by myself like I’d been begging for their bike.
Forgot to tell you, the bike’s worth Rp 34.000.000 and this is how they threat this level of customers.
the service and the quality of the brand are going to the different direction.
