The phone line is permanently disabled so even in case of emergency no calling would be possible. "

" It is good place to stay if only you choose deluxe with pool. Food is not great enough to Indian taste. Ambience is fine. Big plus is it is near to market where you can get all useful and traditional items with good bargain. In all it good experience. "

" My overall experience with the hotel was superb. Their service was the best attraction. They provide welcome drink on arrival and each of their staffs including the house keeping staffs used to wish us while they see us in the premises of the hotel. The have such a big category of foods in their breakfast buffet. The rooms were too hygienic and they will clean the rooms every day and provide the necessary for making tea and coffee. They have individual lockers where we can keep our valuables. They also provide hair dryers and coffee makers in each room. The another added advantage of the hotel was swimming pool which is recycling all the time. They have free wifi, gyn and paid spa also. I love to stay in this hotel and i recommend this to every one "

" Located in Kuta which is very near to the airport, the hotel provides all amenities that you get at a 3 star hotel. Add to that a group of very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Great experience, standard rooms and pool Villa rooms available. Breakfast menu is great. The chef cooks very tasty meals. The Tom Yum Gong soup is a must try for all foodies, the lemongrass added for flavor is something you won't find at other places here in Bali. Food prices are very reasonable. The Kuta beach and Bali Hai Cruise services are very close by. Good array of shops and authorized money changers nearby at walkable distance. "

We even got a upgrade to a deluxe pool which made our trip such a memorable one..good ambience and nice people at the reception who are ready to help u everytime.. " We stayed 4 nights with the family. We had gotten the rooms with a small pool. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything to write home about but it got the job done. We enjoy the ease of waking up and getting breakfast without searching. The rooms were big and very comfortable. This is bali and it's hot and rains on and off so you have to expect some bugs, I think that's normal. Don't expect a 5 star hotel while paying for an affordable family friendly place. I'd recommend this place. There was a supermarket minutes away, places to eat near by and 15-20 minute walk to kuta beach. "

" If you want to be bitten by mosquitoes and stay next to a sewage river. you can go here. The surroundings are really dirty and the hotel rooms are filled with mosquitoes. The deluxe pool suite has the dirtiest pool you can find in kuta. Overall avoid at all costs. "
