SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar is the oldest Senior High School In Gianyar Regency, Province of Bali, Indonesia.

This school was founded in 1962 and graduated thousand of students.
Since July 2005, this school was appointed by the government to execute International Pioneering School
and opened one International Pioneering Class. Then, starting from the academic year 2008/2009,
this school was officially declared to be International Pioneering School. Besides,
this school was also loaded with scientific work and arts and sports achievements.
This can be obtained through mutual co-operative works among the students,
teachers and the school committee.At last, this school intends immediately to seek a link with
other foreign schools in Singapore and Autralia as school partnership or Sister School.
