We are strongly recommended you to read our Terms & Conditions before explore our Web Store and placing order(s). We may change our Terms & Conditions anytime without announcement. 1. ABOUT PRODUCT
SONJA Batik product is all 100% batik traditional handmade. The quality control is a required component in every SONJA Batik finished product. The uniqueness of this cloth is the result of the handmade and craftsmanship artwork. Therefore, slightly differences between pattern and pieces may occur during the making process.

HANDLING & CARE
• Please separate SONJA Batik clothing product from other laundry products in the first washing up to 3 times.
• Please use only a little mild detergent.
• SONJA Batik clothing product should not be rinsed or squeezed too hard.
• Please turn over when drying clothes (the outside in).
• Please drying clothes in a place not exposed to direct sunlight.
• Do not use bleach.

Product displayed are taken by professional photograph. Accurate colors and details are our priority. However, the display of every computer monitors is different. It may cause inconsistency product colors and appearance.

All of SONJA Batik product are designed for fashion and comfort. The sizes are fixed. You can chose the size that fits you in size chart. We neither make alteration nor custom re-sizing for our products. But you can order specific outfit using our cloth (with minimum order) perfectly flaunts your figure by consulting your personal tailor. These specific order will be charged that depends on the use of materials and challenges to exceed our goals. Please contact our customer service for more information.

2. PRICING & DISCOUNT
SONJA Batik have full rights to adjust the price at any time. Price shown in our web store are in Rupiahs (IDR). We provide reasonable price. However we frequently offer interesting discounts for your shopping pleasure. We will inform you about the sales events in our newsletter which will be emailed. You need to SIGN UP first to get our newsletter and promotions. You can also check our web store for the ongoing sales events.

3. SIGN UP
You need to sign up to keep your information details in conjunction with your purchase(s) and to get our special offer and future sales events. Please provide your detail information by filling the sign up the form in our web store. You are require to give your latest, true, and accurate information.

5. ORDER
You are welcomed to order any product at sonjabatik.com as long as the product is still available. You have to click "CHECK OUT" button to make sure you have purchased the product. We have full rights to refuse to sell our product due to different account holder detail, incomplete payment, out of stock, system failure, etc. We will inform you by email and in these cases, we will completely refund your payment.

6. PAYMENT

Please pay in the maximum of 2 work days after you receive email confirmation from us. We would not remind you if you isn't pay for your purchase(s). Order which is not being paid more than 2 work days will be canceled automatically. Please contact us for more information.

7. CONFIRMATION
After makes the payment, we will send you an email. Please confirm your payment ONLY via payment confirmation at sonjabatik.com to validate your purchase(s) by filling payment confirmation form that you can access from our email confirmation sent to you. Follow the instruction on the email. As soon as we have the info, we will ship the product.

8. SHIPPING
Your purchase will be mailed to you in about 2 work days after the payment confirmation is approved. You will receive your order in about 7 work days. Order will be delivered via TIKI JNE. Shipping charge will be imposed to customer and will be charged together with purchasing. We will do our best to pack your order to avoid any problem during the shipping.

9. RISK OF LOSS
We are responsible to protect your order with our packaging. However, we are not responsible after JNE ship them to your addresses. Delivery may be delayed due to incomplete address, misspelled name or address, or no recipient on the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in your email and call JNE 021-... or www.jne.co.id customer service to deal with the problem. Please understand that we are not responsible for losses caused by shipping company or natural disasters.

10. RETURN & EXCHANGE/ REFUND
• Return & exchange/refund are ONLY caused by manufacture faults and damage. We DO NOT accept return & exchange/refund due to dislike of colors and style as we have done our best to make sure the precision of the displayed product.
• Return & exchange/refund due to not fit size, please contact us for the availability. If the required size was no longer in stock, we are sorry, but we couldn't accept the exchange. Please check our size chart to chose the size for you before you make any purchases. Shipping cost will be additionally charged.
• Please fill return & exchange/refund form in our web store within 2 working days after you receive your order. You can return & exchange/refund the product ONLY after you get our email response that you can return & exchange/refund the product.
• Product returned & exchange/refund must be in good condition and complete with label, hangtag, and all accessories included. Product that have been washed or dry cleaned is no longer valid for return & exchange/refund.
• Refund will be return via banking transfer according to account holder.
• Any product return & exchange/refund should be received within 7 work days after our email confirmation.
• All SALE product are FINAL. We do not accept any return & exchange/refund on SALE product.

11. COMMERCIAL USE
Sonjabatik.com is not for commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, or resell any content in this web store without our permission. You are also prohibited to use our content for any advertising and commercial use for your own website or web store.
