" The assistant manager was by far the rudest person we have encountered in Bali. Extremely unprofessional and also dishonest. Because we called him out on his dishonesty on the first night, when we spoke to him the next morning in a pleasant manner requesting basic information he was clearly annoyed with us and was very disrespectful, to the point where we decided we would rather pay the Rp1,700,000 and check out 3 nights early. He was absolutely disgusting. We then ended up having to pay an extra Rp4,500,000 for a different hotel (villa teman) for our stay in Lovina, and I must say it is in a totally different league. Breakfast extremely poor and no option to eat alone as a couple, just around a communal table covered in flies that land on your cold food. The place is dirty, ant infested, and our toilet poured water out of the bottom across the bathroom floor each time it was flushed. Our first experience on check in was observing other people having to move rooms due to problems with theirs, so this is not an issue with just the one bungalow. WiFi signal so poor I had to sit by the pool to call home, and my friend could not get on because too many people were signed into the WiFi, despite them not being at full capacity. A long way from Lovina beach, your only way up and down is to pay Rp75000 each way for the hotel to take you. To leave the hotel you either have to do 107 very steep steps or climb a very steep hill - not suited to anyone with any minor or major disability. Very very poor. "

" This nice retreat with beautiful view greeted as with gentle cooler breeze. The pool is huge! Our bungalow was nice whith firm mattress. The nigh was quiet and we had great sleep. "

" Excellent stay in the Lovina area. Would recommend getting the bungalow if possible. The pool is very nice and the view is something to dream of! The restaurant also serves great food. "
