" Loved it buffet breakfast could have had few more options though. It seemed like the specialty dishes were only released every 4 days with the usual standard basic food served everyday ie eggs Benedict only available every 4 days. Why not make such a dish popular with western people available everyday. And yeah the Bacon was very dry and ordinary. Please improve your buffet breakfast in future thanks. "

" Worst hotel and wost experience ever! This hotel is a money making machine. You have to pay a surcharge of $30pp for breakfast and to lie down on sunbeds= more money. They literally kick you off if you don't pay. Food is extravagantly expensive and really bad quality. Go somewhere else and don't waste your money! Location is secluded. Nothing nearby. Miserable staff that hide and are clearly overworked with bare minimum compensation. Dinner is expensive and no other choice but to pay the money since you're so secluded. This hotel is going downward "

" Westin has always been my favourite hotel in the SPG Member Brands. The Westin in Bali has very friendly staffs. I actually booked the hotel on the wrong date and it was a non-refundable rate. But they were willing to accept the mistake I made and help me change my booking date. Upon check-in I was given an upgrade as I am a platinum member. They had apparently upgraded me to the ocean view suite. It was a really pleasant stay there. The beach in Westin is really nice with nice amenities such as the dream bed which let you enjoy the beach and the sun. Highly recommended hotel here! "

" This is an excellent hotel for families with young kids. The beach is the best among all hotels at Nusa Dua and shielded from waves by a reef. So kids will find the beach an excellent swimming spot. The hotel is also within walk distance to Bali Collection, a mini mall with some nice restaurants for those sick of hotel food. Strongly recommended for first-timers to Bali. "

" Surpassed my expectations! The beach with its clean azure water is right by the hotel, the pool is no slouch either, with a salt water pool, slide, volleyball net and more. Compared to the other hotels on the same stretch of beach, this had the best spacing between the beach lounge chairs.You won't have to stare at someone else's feet or head.
Whether you're a family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a stay at this hotel will refresh you. The breakfast spread is huge and fresh, the beds live up to their name of being heavenly, and many thoughtful details have been taken care of-- you can rent gym shoes/fitness wear for a low fee, and even the hotel tooth brushes have different-colour bristles so you won't get yours mixed up with your partner's. Besides the outstandingly warm and attentive staff, the user experience of the hotel is brilliantly executed. It's rambling enough that you can wander about admiring the landscaping (and squirrels), yet you'll never be lost on your way to dinner.
Some reviewers commented that the rooms are dated. Sure, they're not the most swanky, but they're very well-maintained, luxurious and unpretentious. I was much more at home than in some modern hotels I've tried. "

" I've stayed here a few times in the past, and always had a pleasant stay. Whether for youngsters, honeymooners or family, this place is always great. The staff are pleasant and ready to help, they do not hesitate to offer assistance even before we asked. I wish i can take the bed and pillows home with me, they gave me the best sleep i've ever had! Breakfast is always fun with a lot of menu from various countries, and there is special space for kids to eat by themselves. Always a pleasure here! "

" My first time visit to Bali exceeded my expectations, loved it, my Daughter booked The Westin Hotel absolutely brilliant. The room air-conditioned, 2 queen size beds, 6 pillows per bed, came in handy for the 2-year old Grand Daughter who bed hopped, huge bathroom. Room serviced each day all towels, shampoos, water etc., anything we needed drinking ice, ice bucket, meal in room children under 3 all meals free, delivered with a smile. Breakfast, lunch & dinner, your choice of when & where, favourite was lazing by one of the many pools, free towels, activities/times displayed on notice board, beach & activities, happy hour 4-6pm daily. Caught free bus to the Bali Connection Centre, hired a driver for 10 hours visited Ubud Zoo, rice fields & finished off with dinner & cocktails at Tanak Lot Temples watching the sun set over the Sea. Would I go to Bali, Indonesia again a big yes. 👍 "

" We stayed at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua for 4 nights at the end of our Bali trip. We'd plan to save the best until last!
Although the Westin is OK, we were disappointed as this wasn't the climax we expected. It's big and the lobby area feels more like an airport than a hotel. When walking down the vast corridors it just feels like any other big hotel. Little character and out of place in Bali. The entire Nusa Dua area is like that really!
The staff were lovely, as always in Bali. The food was hit or miss. The beach was ok but rubbish seems to be swept into this area often so you'll be swimming with plastic and other trash.
All in all, it was OK. No major complaints but no major compliments either. But we wouldn't return here or to the area. "
