ABOUT NGURAH
Ngurah has 15 years of experience as a body builder and 8 years of experience as a personal trainer.
He is an expert with all levels of fitness – from beginners, senior citizens and body builders.
His focus is on complete body conditioning. He helps a client set fitness goals and teaches them techniques to realize them.
Ngurah speaks excellent English and establishes personal connections with everyone he works with.
Ngurah is available for “one time” sessions, or a series of 10. Each session consists of a warm up, 20-30 minutes of cardio training, 40 minutes of weight training and ends with a 15 minute stretching massage that incorporates elements of Thai massage, reflexology and sports massage.
