" I went there with a group of friends and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view, the staff, the ambience. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to go have a bite before the rice fields. The food is REALLY good! They accommodate spicy or non spicy for you and they presentation is also very nice (for any of you instagram fanatics). They have a really nice large swing and they have mini swings if you don't feel up to the big swing but still want the Bali experience. Would definitely go back. "

" Really nice restaurant, maybe a bit pricey but you have an amazing view and the meals are delicious. We also enjoyed the small swings but they are also building a bigger one which could be really cool. Seems like there is also a construction of a rice terrace going on as an alternative to the popular ones a bit further down the road. "

" Really cool place! If you visit Tegallalang Rice Terrace make sure to stop by and grab a drink and food! The rice terraces in the „backyard“ of d‘alas warung are just gorgeous and there are almost no people at all!

" While travelling in Bali, we came across this place by accident, trying to find some place to eat. and man, what a surprise it turned out to be !!
Coupled with an immensely beautiful, scening setting d'Alas serves very fresh and tasty food with an authentic Indonesian/Balinese touch to it. the ambience and looks are deceptively ordinary but the feeling you get there is amazing, especially if it has just rained.
I had a bit of a soup, and a main course with grilled duck and assortments. the meat was so tender and i have never tasted duck so good. Taste was fantastic and didn't upset the tummy. Alcohol is served on premises too and the dessert menu is good as well.
Service is very very friendly and i felt that the food took a while to come out but i didn not fault them because it was cooked fresh and tasted amazing.
Will thoroughly recommend the place to anyone visiting Bali. "

" This place is just fantastic. Set in the rice terraces at the top of a large hill. You sit at a outdoor area that overlooks a beautiful garden and leafy rice terrace that is off the main road. I have few photos on my camera I will try to add them up one day.
Food wise it's as good as the setting and view. My wife and I enjoyed the first dishes of food so much we ordered and shared a second and were rewarded with what we think was the best tasting chicken we had had anywhere in Bali. To top it off most dishes were only around the $10US mark which is just insanely cheap considering what the venue has on offer. If your looking for lunch on a day trip to the hills ask your taxi driver to stop here! "
