" This Samsat has a clean new building, has a cool AC inside and some big Led screen in waiting area for TV Channel and play rooms for Kids, smoking rooms, musholla in back of building, but has not a canteen or vending machine to buy a refreshment or snack inside while we waiting, and only have one copy corner so better prepare to copying all document 5 times before came to Samsat and bring a bottle of water and Cash ( no atm inside other than Bank Banten). Temperatur can be so Hot outside in daylight (No big trees canopy) and The location is so far from others.
Be carefull to check all detail such stamp, sign and other document, the officer careless about that. Better than have return to serang from Jakarta 😥 "

" Parkir luas, pelayanan cepat. Sayang lokasinya cukup jauh dan susah dijangkau dgn kendaraan umum. Utk yg rumahnya jauh dr samsat, bs memanfaatkan gerai samsat di lantai dasar ramayana "
