" This kind of hotel is not worth to become 4 stars hotel. The room odor is not nice, like people had been smoking inside. The staff is not helpful at all, they do not help us to bring our luggages. I also stay at a room with broken toilet door. We come as a big groups with other groups also check in and they could not handle our check ins well, we were waiting so long. How could they admit many groups of people without maintain their quality? This hotel is a BIG NO. "

" Air conditioner was dirty, hence not working. Asked for service and came immediately to sort it out. Well done. Then asked to replace leaking shower head, also replaced immediately with a brand new one. But next day, morning... couldnt get a dribble of hot water for shower. The cold water was strong, but the hot one was less than my piss. Yes, that pissed me off. The next day was even worse. The hot water wasnt even flowing. Carefull when lowering the toilet seat: slams down hard and fast. And watch out for the butt spray. Hurt myself there... check pressure before use!
Otherwise, room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The pillows are just a tad too thin for me. I am curious if it is normal to have the opening side of the blanket facing up. In the morning, I was sleeping inside the blanket cover already. The second night was somewhat cooler than the first night.
Breakfast was... OK. Clean, simple food. A reasonable variety for a chain hotel, except that this is 4 stars. But the Manado Porridge is good. "

" We had 8 hours to kill between arriving in Gorontalo and our flight to Manado. Spent the day here, 50k to use the pool and sit and chill on the sun loungers. Staff are very friendly and helpful "

" I would like to recommend Vika your Front line. She was very attentive to customer needs and she acted very fast in solving my problem in request over a one King bed.
I understand that during the holiday seasons the hotel is very full and she went out of her way to make sure that my request was fulfilled.
