" We didn't have high expectation for this place at first, but turned out having fun and great experience. As already mentioned by other reviews, it is quite expensive especially on weekend. But there are actually some promotions worth checking on the internet. They have touch pool and provide diving and aquatrekking experience. They also have 5D theatre that you can visit by purchasing premium tickets. While for penguin show, unfortunately they can only be watched through Pingoo restaurant. "

" It's an OK place. Kids love it. There is a 3D ride at the end, although at a higher 'premium' price. Entry tickets are overpriced even more so on weekends. Some displays are video displays. Some corrals are dying. I would recommend Sea World (or whatever it is now called) in Ancol. "

" tempatnya sempit, koleksi ikan dan binatangnya sedikit. sering kali kita hanya melihat kandang/akuarium yang kosong karena saking sedikitnya penghuni kandang. kayaknya banyakan layar lcd dari pada koleksi ikannya. teaternya sempit boro2 bisa nonton bejubel banget. pertunjukan 5D nya dilakukan dengan berdiri, gak ada bangku. jangan berkunjung ke sini. gak worth it banget. untuk yg pernah berkunjung ke seaword tempat ini gak ada apa2nya. secara keseluruhan mengecewakan. " Highly recommended place for a short getaway! You will see a lot of sea animals and drama performance with special effect. Even though the place is not as big as Seaworld, you can still enjoy a lot of things here. The technology and the design of the place will make you amazed. "

" Good aquarium of a decent size (much bigger than Sea World if I'm not mistaken), but not worth the weekend price. We spent 1.5-2hrs there. I loved the interior design, with the school of fish hanging by the ceiling and all the decoration. But the section near the exit with the giant dragon statue was really useless. They should put something else there because it's such a big space.
Furthermore, basically ALL the interactive screens were glitching. I was very annoyed because I actually wanted to read about the animals. A few of the screens that Were working didn't seem to display the right information for the corresponding tank.
Also I'm personally bothered by how visitors can only see the penguin tank from the side (only Pingoo restaurant customers can see the full tank from the front). We paid for our ticket and deserve to see them even if we don't want to eat at Pingoo.
I want to suggest to the staff at the aquarium NOT to print out the photos taken at the entrance. Have a computer screen showing the photos and Then print them if customers want to purchase them. Otherwise it's such a huge waste of paper.
Overall there is much to improve but I still enjoyed myself. "

" Well it was nice overall but it lacks aquariums and variety,and I was very disappointed with the main aquarium which is pretty empty even though it can even fit a Mobula ray or an ocean sunfish,and the touch pool is plain having only starfish,Sea cucumbers and stingrays coming soon but it's only that.Also there is to many Holographic fake aquariums which can be very useful for making more aquariums containing more special fish such as The Centropyge Boylei and the Platax pinnatus.This place also lacks care after I saw 2 dead garden eels and more than 6 dead knive fish which is horrible to see.And not only that,this place is heck expensive almost as expensive or more than the Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium which contains loads of cool creatures like the whale shark,Ocean sunfish,Manta ray,Mobula rays,Sea Angels,Giant isopods And more. "

" Beautiful marine creatures, place is well designed with effective display and lots of interactive elements. I find the use of multiple digital screens as clever way to utilize empty space while still immersing you in marine ambience. Our daughter loved it.
Not cheap, but was well worth the price. Particularly because we pick weekday to visit - with relatively quiet crowds. I strongly suggest you do the same to maximize the visit. "

" Great collection of creatures. Good interior design and setups. But there were just too many people for holiday. The 5D theatre are only capable for 20 people so there were this huge line so i didnt get the chance to get inside. The price is a bit too pricey. "
