" The best duck in my opinion. My favorite is Bebek Muda Sambel Ijo or young duck in green chilli sauce. The crispyness of the outher layer, the tenderness of the meat, the amount of fat, and the seasoning just perfect. Just remember not to come too often, or you will get fat LoL "
