No one opened & helped @ the entrance door
No one @ the lobby
No one approached us @ the lobby restaurant even after a long waiting
When someone finally told us to go to the place where our food was served, no one there to greet us
The buffett had no food tag at all & noone was there to tell us what they were
A designated place should have at least one person to serve & take care of us, tho someone came long after we started to eat
Noone was there to bid us farewell as we left, again, noone at the lobby main entrance
A lot to be improved however the food were very good, thank you
