" Went here to pick up my purchase by online, a wireless earphone. The price was lowest than any other store online and offline, but the delivery fee was same as if I bought a TV or washing machine, a hundred thousand. Took more than 30 minutes for the shop keeper to get my item, they should've more organised.
Comparison customer to shop keeper like 1:5 (maybe because it was weekday afternoon), but you can still browsing freely without being disturbed by these shopkeepers. "

" I bought an electrolux fridge on august 2015. One month afterwards, the fridge had many problem with the compressor, hence the temperature was not cold. Tried to claim exchange guarantee in Hartono, they wont let me exchange. So disappointing. Be careful buying from there, better buy from a bigger more reliable store like best denki, electronic solution, etc which can afford to give a better after sales services (important!!!!). "
