" Unhelpfull and unfriendly indonesian staff, strict security, there is no parking lot, dirty appearence, bad experi ce here especially with the indonesian there, i hope for the public services like that, they should act better and hospitable. "

" No parking area. People have to line up on the road just to get in. The receptionist at the gate is very strict. The exterior of the building is also very dirty and unmaintained. But the staff inside are very efficient, so that's a plus. "
