" DO NOT USE GIG INTERNET. This is the worst display of ISP ever. After we paid our bill, they shut off our internet, said they had no data about the bill being paid. We had to call customer support over 7 times (5 times they hung up) - and then in the end finally we had to go to the bank to print proof of payment.
We cancelled the account after all of this and they still had the balls to ask "Why are you cancelling?"
Moronic customer service that has no idea how to help without reading a script book. Do yourself a favor - if you are thinking about spending your hard earned cash with this ISP - burn the money instead. It will be better used doing that.
