" April tgl 28 th my cat has Vacsin injection by doctor there. After two weeks later , there is infection sewallen place injection.
I ask another doctor , injection place why become swollen ? The doctor said the it might Tumor. Need operation if possible , but can not promises it will be cure. ( it was on Friday night )
I was so sad. Asking might other ill ?? And other hope ?! So sad. He answear it is Tumor.
Ther ask me on monday morning at 8 , if you like can do operation !!!
They did not blood test or other test did not at all !!!
The doctor asking or just look one monther more not doing anything. That ther are sure Tumor which effect by vacunasi

They check detail and Blood test , and treat injection for swollen. Mentioned they seemed not Tumor
It is impossible become Tumor only two weeks injection vacnasi , seemed only imflamation.
Anyway look one or two weeks if swollen place hilling small after this injection , it will be sure inflammation becouse Seemed Rumah Sakit jakarta doctor inject needle was not right place.
And Cucu Kartini. Doctor mentioning always incourge me. mentioning do not pesmistic for your cat. Very young only 1 years old cheer up they kept saying. Become I am believing this doctor.
It was Very different from doctor Rumah Sakit jalarta , This two months I already visitin 4 doctor almost 8 times. Totally I was not satisfied. Totally lees attention for animal without telling us tell number for us. Just mentioning visit next week.
But Cucu Kartini doctor gave me Mobil number and anytime I can contact.
After 2 days injection by Doctor Cucu Kartini , swollen completely hilling. And soon doctor send me bold test result. It was only imflamation. Not Tumor
And sending message from doctor They are do happy with result. They mentioned.
I very disappointment doctors at Rumah Sakit Hewan Jakarta.
Not thinking heartfully for animal.
I never visit Rumah Sakit jakarta any more !!!

I rushed my kitten to here at 00.00 a.m as of my kitten is very sick. My kitten was diagnosed with Panleukopenia Virus. It was a deadly virus for a kitten, and she only had 10% chance of surviving. That's what the doctor said.
During, the stay my kitten is isolated in isolation room for virus. However, as it is for isolation I cannot touch her when I visited, only through the window glasses. What made me uneasy is the isolation room is mixed between cat and dog, and my kitten is very very stressful whenever the dog barked and she is weak and scared
However, when I asked the doctor her update, the doctor told me "She is no longer vomiting, she still has diarrhea in the morning but by the afternoon her stool is way more solid. And we feed her and she is eating well and we gave her a anti-vomitting and anti-dhiarrea medicine", that's what she told me at 7 pm
As my kitten surviving chance is small, I just wanted to make her know that she is very loved and safe even if it is her last time. So, I decided to moved her, to the pet clinic near from my place where the isolation room is separated from cat and dog, and I can see her directly when I visit her so I can give her small pet, as a form of encouragement.
When I told the doctor there about my plan at the same day, around 7.30 pm. Their statement changed she told me that "the stool is still in a very bad diarrhea and she couldn't eat, when we feed her she throw the food" WHAT??? and so I don't want to compromise her health I let her stay for the night.
In the morning, I came and I said I wanted to move her, as I can see her easily because it is not that far from the house. After arguing, and after they made me feel very guilt for having such idea, they constantly reminding me that "your kitten has a very small chance of surviving" and if she is not survived it was my fault and all. I don't appreciate the pessimism, what make me mad is that as my kitten was moved due to my request they will not prescribed ANYTHING. Nor will they are willing to tell anything about my kitten treatment and procedure during the stay because "that is not our responsible anymore". They even unplug the infusion tube support of my kitten, even when I clearly said I wanted to moved her to another clinic.
Moreover when the bill came, within the bill there is no ANTI-DHIARREA NOR ANTI VOMITTING medicine included? So what? Is it that they give it for free? or they just never give it at the first place? Or they're just petty that I moved my vet so they don't put it on the list?
How could a vet and their patient relationship is just like a business relationship? I don't care if it is the policy, but don't you have conscience? It was a matter of life and death. And they chose to give up on her just because I want to be closer to my kitten and just because I wanted to pet my kitten during her critical condition?
FYI when my kitten first came, she is vomitting, but she could walk and even play and meowing. When I took her out, she is is very weak, cannot stand, and even she does not have voice anymore.
My kitten is still in the hospitalization in the clinic as for now, with a way more serious condition then the first time I brought her here.
I am just glad that I moved her to the place where the people that treat her does not treat my kitten only as BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY.
The only nice people here is the admin officer and the man that cleans the cages. THEY'RE NICE. But the medical staff..
Shame on you. "

" I came to the hospital with a birdcage with three kanari birds in it. The 3 of them lost some feathers and had bold spots due to parasites or fungus. The front desk only wanted to accept me if I registered every bird separately. Innocentely i did. The doctor examined 2 of the birds and gave me vitamins and a cream. Total costs 796.800 rp. Why so expensive??? Because I had to pay for every bird consultation, administration and registration costs separately. I thought it was I joke and asked the doctor if it was true. He said yes, and even the fact that he had only touched 2 of the birds did not matter to him. The bird was in the cage so I had to pay for that bird. Very crazy attitude in that hospital. "

" Well it's the only animal hospital in town. Opens 24/7 (except during Eidh Fitri, opens only for half day). The waiting room doesn't have air-conditioner and located exactly in front of the In-Patient Room. So you can smell unpleasant odour coming from the room. If you have sensitive nose, you might get annoyed.
It's quite pricey here considering the facilities. Yet, the vet and staffs are very friendly. It's kinda the only plus thing from this place.
Oh I just found out this morning that they gave me different name of drugs on the receipt. On the receipt written Primperan and they gave Lexapram. It contained the same drug, though. But, you know how it goes to drugs. There are expensive and cheap branded drugs. Primperan is one of the expensive. It costs probably 25-35k rupiahs in the drug store. And they charged me 87800 for Primperan yet they gave Lexapram that only cost 8 - 10k in the drug store.
Think twice before you come here. I wouldn't recommend this place. Ever. "
