" I'm a shell loyalist since it first opened in Jakarta and been to lots of it's branch. Never had any complaints because they have top notch service. Got there last night and used their bathroom. Back to the car and mom said she got yelled by it's employee to move the car. We parked at the designated spot. They really did ruined the whole shell experience for us. They better fired that f****** employee or the customers better find another branch. There's one near 115 high school that I believe have better service.
I'd never recommend this branch to everyone from now on. "
