" I used to fix my s7 edge light censorship there.. but they only replace some part of the censor.. finally in the first day i took my phone, it was broken again.. but now they were already change my light censorship.. "

" Benar-benar mengecewakan, dan saya merasa menyesal membeli barang samsung. karena AC dirumah saya baru 6 bulan pasang sudah rusak dan saat tlf kesamsung untuk melakukan pengecekan. orang samsungnya ada yang datang dan bilang ada yang rusak dan perlu diganti, tapi sudah hampir 3 minggu tidak ada kunjungan lagi untuk penggantian spare part yang dimaksud. harus menunggu berapa lama lagi. servicenya benar-benar membuat orang marah.dan saya bersumpah tidak akan pernah membeli produck samsung lagi. "

" Service was fast. I sent in my Note 5 which had a broken stylus sensor and turnaround time was just one day. I found out the person receiving the unit will be also the one repairing it. So my advice would be to ensure the staff receiving it is clear what the problem is. "
