" Untuk ukuran stasiun besar (tempat transit dan naik kereta jarak jauh), seharusnya fasilitas lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Seperti musalanya, terlalu kecil dan hanya ada 1. Seringkali penumpang harus antre untuk wudhu dan sholat, terutama saat sholat Maghrib. Seharusnya bisa lebih diperluas lagi.
Untuk toiletnya cukup bersih, tersedia dua toilet di sebelah utara dan selatan.
Sebaiknya ditambah fasilitas tempat makan atau mini market di bagian dalam stasiun sehingga bisa membuat lebih nyaman untuk menunggu kereta datang atau ketika sedang transit. "

" Crazy long queue. Better to use e-payment (e.g flaa, emoney, brizzy, etc) dont use comuter line card. The queue was longer than the picture i took. Outside station smell really bad. "

- Bad management for parking area
- one of the worst traffic jam in town due to many public transportation (angkot) that stopping by offhandedly,
- no cafe/minimarker in station area (you have to step outside the station) "
