" Pelayanan cek fisik sangat tidak memuaskan... kelamaan.. harus belajar lagi dari samsat yang lain untuk kualitas pelayanan.. ditempat cek fisik tolong dikasih ruang tunggu.. kasian udah pada kelamaan nunggu,, di google sama realita kenyataannya berbeda dalam pengurusan stnk yang hilang... entah yang bener yang mana,, yang pasti, di depan gedung terpampang tulisan besar “ BEBAS PUNGLI “
Wallahu alam...
Siap2 aja nunggu seharian, jangan lupa bawa bekel makanan,, biar nggak kesel nunggunya.. klo perlu bawa bantal buat jaga2 kalo ngantuk,,
