" This hotel is located near Taman Safari. You would not expect that there is such a luxury hotel there because to reach it you have to pass a small path. Even so, big buses can still pass through. The scenery in this hotel is very beautiful. Plenty of places to take pictures here. Its an instagramable place. "

" Cocok sekali untuk menghabiskan weekend bersama keluarga. Waktu kesini check in nya 2 malam. Pagi pertama masih agak sepi, sarapannya enak semua. Pagi kedua (Minggu pagi) ramai banget, sampai2 restonya dibuka 2 lantai. Tapi sayangnya rasa makanannya jauh dibanding Sabtu pagi. Mungkin karena banyak pengunjung jadi masaknya cepet2 jadi kurang diperhatikan rasanya. Tapi tak mengurangi kenyamanan menginap di sini. "

" Paket lengkap dengan kamarnya yang nyaman, menu makanannya yang tasty, swimming pool with sands dan bahkan banyak pilihan kolam dibeberapa area didalamnya, mini garden with few rabbits, with best atmosphere and mountain view around its area.
I stayed at the villa either, it price is worthed with all we got, dapurnya luas, bathroom with bathtube in every rooms, kolam renang pun bersih sekali. Best choice for family stay for holiday, dekat pula dengan taman safari.
Cant wait to stay back there!! "

" Actually this place was nice .Only the call reminder for check out time for several times to our room really annoying .And there is someone press the bell at 7 am to our room. "
" Though it's really hard to book a room at this hotel, the experience is so-so.
The pools and views around the hotel is superb. You can always pool-hop should some of the pool is packed. But the service and food is awful. The receptionist is rarely in their place and the check in time is really long. The bath is a bit dirty but the floor is always clean and nice.
At night time, there's a Bali dancer as an entertainment and they're awesome. The nightview is great too. There's a gym, spa, and sauna for your convinience. And since it's near Taman Safari, the option of other form of entertainment is vary too. "

" The view is superb, it is near Taman Safari and the staffs are nice. Other than those, I do not feel that the hotel is really awesome. Do not get me wrong: the hotel is good, but not that good.
First, the building is faux classical and, well, artsy. I appreciate the bas-reliefs and all those life size statues, but they do not blend so well with their surrounding.
Second, I do not really appreciate its terrible food. Somebody in FNB needs a paid holiday.
Third, I do not appreciate its many plastic flowers either. I mean, come on, seeing cheap plastic flowers in every floor near elevator and inside the room is not the experience a guest may expect. "
