A farm, and lodge, where we put our excesses to work. We pick up trash, grow great salad greens, herbs & trees, in order to improve our small corner of the earth. Come take part, & taste why it's good, to be kind to nature-it gives back, in full flavor.

Something useful and delicious to do while the forest grows back; or, a reforestation project that mixes available lokal knowledge (farming, construction, and old school kitchen mastery), with flavors(local and international), & people, creating a place to share wonderful tastes and stories, while the trees grow up around us.
