Jaya Suprana initiated the founding of the Indonesian Record Museum, now known as the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) in Semarang. MURI he founded for the sake of upholding the pillars of national pride of the Indonesian people so that the Indonesian nation is able and willing to compete with the will and work of not the nation, but the Indonesian nation. "

" This is a museum documenting different domestic records (like Guinness Book of World Records) through photos. One room in the back has antique accounting machines as well as old advertisements for the Djago corporation. A gamelan display is also in the same room. (August 2019) "
