" The reason I gave 1 star:
1. The bank is narrow, small, there is no signpost or street sign on the side of the road
2. Paid parking
3. The security guard only directs but can't really confirm the queue
4. Teller is slow, cs doesn't solve the problem
5. This last one is what makes it the biggest, they don't use queue numbers, use queues for chairs... But look at the photo of me wearing green clothes, it just came after I waited half an hour and went straight to the queue seat, and what's worse is this isn't reminded by all employees. Disappointed the service is not like at BCA kcp in Kota. Hopefully it will be better in the future. "

" Please add a cash deposit machine at the turn, if not 24 hours at the kcp turen, at least provide it near the kcp turen. It's so troublesome there's no cdm machine in the turret.. "
