" I would give this stay a solid 3.5/5 for the price.
Service was "perfecto", despite the rooms being hygienic enough, it could have been designed better, especially the carpets which only extend 2-3m before the entrance door.
Moreover, the noise produced by the AC was overwhelming, it was just insane . The toilets were clean, however, construction marks on the walls of the toilets could still be found, which gives off a "mucky" feeling towards the atmosphere of the toilet... I'm not sure if this was the case in all rooms but it was in mine.
"Cheap" chairs like the ones where you have in convention rooms could also be found around the hotel, especially in the breakfast hall. I personally find this bad, as it gives guests a negative impression about the hotel.
Breakfast was "ok", I didn't expect much either... other than that the food could have been warmer. The hotel should have been around $15 cheaper for what guests experience.
Everything else was alright; the panoramic city view and especially the pool was nice (even though it had sharp corners on the edges). But at the end, I must say... i was expecting a little more from a "by Marriott". "

" Nice hotel with awesome city view at restaurants and pool, have complete facilities like gym and spa.
The restaurant were good and have some authentic snacks, I consider ote ote in this hotel the best in the world.
They have ballroom with 350 capacity that the seat can be arranged for round table or seminar.
With that pros, the cons of this hotel just a small. Parking area, but consider this is a hotel and they have travel service it wouldn't be much problem "

" Good place, friendly staff, comfortable stay. We had an early morning appointment before the breakfast started and we just mentioned it in passing. They arranged for a meal box right before our departure. Wonderful place, wonderful people!! "

" In overall a wonderful experience. Clean room, nice breakfast, helpful staffs. One small note though, it would be better if cars that are dropping out passengers for less than 5-10 minutes don't get charged for parking fees. I've used online taxis for three days, and they don't want pick me up inside, as they are don't want to pay the pickup/ drop-off fee. "

" New hotel facility with good structure very good and helpful staff, well above average in this category.
Room is not big but is very functional, everything works and clean.
Nice swimming pool and decent fitness center.
Breakfast also is good as well as restaurant. Again staff amazingly well trained!
Only negative point I found was room curtains, too narrow could not keep sun light out and very early morning the room was flooded with light!
I certainly recommend this hotel for business or budget trips to Surabaya. "

" Their service was amazing. Throughout my stay there, I was satisfied. The front desk officers were kind and concern a lot about my well-being, and very informative. The room was great, even with average price and there's only one type of room, it was luxurious and very cozy. Fifth floor was dedicated for customer's recreation in which there were spa, fitness centre, swimming pool and everything else you could imagine. It has a great city view at night, unfortunately I didn't take a picture to post here. Fairfield's internet connection was the best of all!!! I would choose fairfield to stay anytime. Thank you Fairfield, it was a nice stay under your guide. "
