" I stay at G-suites hotel for 1 night. I get friendly service and clean and comfortable rooms. The water in the shower flowed smoothly and there was hot and cold water available. The hotel prepares clean towels, glasses for gargling, mineral water, coffee, sugar, creamer and tea complete with water heater. Refrigerator condition is good, phone also works well, hanger that can be directly used and plastic for laundry place. Laundry service is also very satisfactory.
Unfortunately, TV can not be changed channel. We called the hotel operator for help. The hotel operator delivered will immediately help us. However until we checked out of the hotel g-suites, we had not gotten help from the hotel so we could not enjoy the tv show from the room. Toothbrushes, hotel slippers are prepared for just one person, whereas we are made up of 2 adults and 1 toddler.
i suggest to hotel management, please make play ground for children to play considering there are many guests who bring children to stay at hotel. Also, please keep the above event from being repeated. "

" Service was good. We asked for no smoking room but there is still a lingering cigarette smell in the room. The bathroom and room was not as big as we expected because we have been to another hotel with the same price range and serve quality but we got a bigger room and bathroom that this . Overall it was okay. "
