" Pelayanannya Zonk!!! Padahal sudah dikasih note, pesannya twin bed, eh dikasihnya single bed. Setelah ngomel2 baru dipindahkan ke twin bed. Setelah dipindahkan ke twin bed, eh tetap kamarnya tidak sesuai by request. Dikasihnya ruangan yg AC BAU, KAMAR GELAP (walaupun ga lama diganti juga lampunya. Tapi koq ya dilihatnya sama sekali tidak ready. Customer datang, marah2 baru diganti bohlam lampunya.. ). Tidak akan kesini lagi pokoknya. Nyeseeel.. "
