" The stay in the hotel is pleasant. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. House keeping was good n clean. For breakfast, there were quite a good spread of dishes ! Only issue i have is with the shower ! Will be good if you can add a hand held shower hose, and have a few more extra shelves for toiletries in the shower cubicle. And please do take a look at the fridge n the tap in the toilet in room 15-01. The fridge is not cold at all, and the tap needs to be change as well. Thank you. "

" Quite expensive but not too much for 4 to 5 star hotel. Overall great experience, also close to the ballroom where my sister getting married, so it might be very nice if you also have events in here.
Location was very good! Near indomaret and in 10 minute of car ride you can reach Tunjungan plaza as well. "

" The room is very cozy, comfortable, but the bed is a little bit hard. My back felt a little bit hurt after waking up.
The buffee is nice.
The swimming pool is okay but quite dirty.
The safety box inside the room was not working at that time maybe it was out of battery.
Overall the service is very nice and I absolutely come back for another staying. "

" I chose Santika because in principle Santika usually offers nice room, delicious breakfast, and marvelous service. In Santika Premier Gubeng, it's just the other way around. Room was okay. WIFI was super slow. Breakfast with various menu but you really have to stand still and wait for your eggs/omelette otherwise the cook wouldn't remember what you've ordered. Room was not maintained well. -- my room lock is not working. Stayed for 2 days and I was thinking to stay longer but I decided to move to other hotel anyway. Seriously Santika? Is this the best that you can offer? "

Breakfast is fantastic, mix with local and continental.
The area is good, there's a Mart down the block. But no coin laundry and the laundry provided by the hotel is a bit expensive. "
