" Waitress tidak kooperatif dan tidak komunikatif. biasanya mereka akan suggest jika ada menu baru tp ini up selling tidak ada sama sekali. bahkan kami harus order lagi sampai 3x setelah baca ulang katalog menu. dan saat kami lupa utk tidak request utk tambahan keju dipinggiran, dia diam saja. yg terakhir..saat makanan mulai habis kami santap..tidak segera melakukan clear up. sangat disayangkan sekali pelayanan yg tidak standart ini. apakah karena ini puasa si waitress jadi ogah2an gitu??
semoga bs menjadikan evaluasi bagi management.
