" Getting into Terminal 1 is a nightmare because of the congested traffic which is poorly managed by the airport staff. Then try finding a park in the parking area which is too small, people end up parking anywhere they feel like. Inside the terminal there is no public seating for those who wish to wait for their relatives or friends to pick them up. Like most Indonesian airports, its terrible. City of Heroes = City of Incompetence "
