" The room is really general and it's something problem about TV and AC may be broken. So I don't know why.
What about foods and beverages?
Food: Some food isn't hot (just a bit)
Drink: there are only tea and coffee, but there's no mineral water.
Beverage: After I call someone who wants to refill that cereal, that guy just skiped! And I said, "What the fxxk!"
Y'know? Since 2015, the people and staff may be good people I think, but now It's different than before.
Need to fix it all! "
