" I wouldn't say this is the best hotel in Malinau, but some of my friends always suggest to stay here instead of the other hotels. I spent 5 days here in 3 visits. The best room in 1st floor fits for 3 people cost IDR 350k. The breakfast is quite simple and not much choice. "

For addition, I think that your crew should have more training in hotel services.
For customer, don't be late for breakfast if you want a complete variant of offers.
