We called support one month ago and they don't even have the courtesy to respond back on our query. The product is still under warranty. I would NEVER AGAIN buy any product from Englander. They put up a show every month at the expo and sweet talk innocent customers into buying their products claiming they have been around in Singapore for a very long time but the after sales service is really really poor. And this is for a premium product such as the stressless.
I would urge customers to be careful in their dealings with Englander and also if somebody from Stressless is monitoring these reviews, would urge them to reconsider partnering with Englander in Singapore "
