" It is a pity that Bloomington Laundry failed me on this occasion. I only noticed that an expensive cashmere sweater I sent in was returned with another cheaper woollen sweater. It is too late as it was months later (from mid-September)and only today when I am packing for a trip that I realised the switch. Bloomington said no one came to make a claim but who would when you are receiving a deluxe version. Be aware that you get what you sent in for service. Check the items packed in plastic. I hate plastic anyway. "
